AI Lead Intel ("we," "us") provides an AI receptionist service that answers phone calls for businesses and emails them a summary of every call. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using aileadintel.com or our service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — when you sign up we collect your business name, industry, contact details, business phone numbers, the notification email you choose, and the preferences you give us about how your AI should answer (greeting, services, hours, pricing notes).
• Call data — when someone calls a number connected to our service, we collect the caller's phone number and a text transcript of the conversation, which we summarize and email to you. We use this data to operate the service you signed up for.
• Payment information — subscriptions are billed through PayPal. We receive subscription status and transaction confirmations from PayPal; we never see or store your full card or bank details.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as pages visited and device/browser type, including through Google advertising tags and cookies used to measure how people find our site.

How we use information

• To provide the service: answering your calls, generating summaries, emailing them to you, and showing them in your dashboard.
• To manage billing, trials, and cancellations.
• To support you and to alert you about problems with your account.
• To improve the service and measure our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information or your callers' information.

How information is shared

We share information only with the service providers needed to run AI Lead Intel — telephony and AI voice processing, cloud hosting and databases, email delivery, and payment processing — and only so they can perform their function for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Call recording and transcription

Calls handled by the AI receptionist are transcribed to text so we can deliver summaries; we do not store audio recordings of calls. Our AI identifies itself as an AI assistant when callers ask. If you connect your business line to our service, you are responsible for complying with the call consent and disclosure laws that apply to your business and your callers' locations.

Data retention

We keep account and call data while your subscription is active so your dashboard and history work. If you cancel, we may retain records as needed for legal, billing, and dispute purposes. You can request deletion of your data by emailing us.

Security

We use reputable cloud infrastructure, encrypted connections, and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard measures.

Your choices

• You can update your AI's settings or cancel your subscription anytime from your account's Settings page.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@aileadintel.com.
• You can control advertising cookies through your browser settings.

Children

Our service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We'll post the new version here with an updated effective date.
