Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Lead Intel ("we," "us") and the aileadintel.com website. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

The service

AI Lead Intel provides an AI receptionist: a phone number answered by an AI assistant configured with the details you provide, with a summary of each call emailed to you and, on eligible plans, a web dashboard. You may forward your existing business line to your AI number or use the AI number directly as your business line. Phone numbers we assign remain the property of AI Lead Intel and are reclaimed when a subscription ends.

Free trial and billing

• New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
• After the trial, your plan bills monthly through PayPal at the price shown at signup, and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• Prices may change with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime, yourself, from the Settings page when signed in at aileadintel.com — no calls or emails required. Cancellation stops future billing immediately; your AI receptionist stops answering and your assigned number is released at cancellation. If you cancel during the free trial, you pay nothing. Charges already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and keep your account secure.
• If you forward an existing line to the service, you are responsible for setting up (and removing) that forwarding with your carrier.
• You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business and your callers — including call consent, disclosure, telemarketing, and privacy laws in the locations you operate and receive calls from.
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes. No abusive, fraudulent, or illegal use.

AI limitations

The AI receptionist is an automated assistant. It works hard to represent the information you give it, but like any AI it can mishear, misunderstand, or make mistakes, and it may not capture every call or detail. It does not provide professional, legal, medical, or emergency services, and your callers should not rely on it for emergencies. You are responsible for reviewing call summaries and following up with your customers.

Availability

We aim for the service to run 24/7, but we depend on telephone carriers, AI providers, and cloud infrastructure, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, improve, or modify the service over time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Lead Intel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost leads, or missed calls — arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may cancel at any time as described above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for us or others; if we terminate without cause, we'll refund any prepaid amount for the unused period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll post the new version here with an updated effective date; continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
